Information you give us. When you submit a contact, inquiry or concierge booking request, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, the service or asset you are interested in, origin and destination, preferred dates and any message you write.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, browser and device type. Strictly necessary data — for example your cookie choice and, for administrators, your signed-in session — is handled regardless of consent because the site cannot function without it.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

To respond to your inquiry, arrange and deliver the services you ask about, maintain records of our dealings with you, keep the site secure and working, and understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract: our website and database hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our customer relationship management system, and our analytics provider where analytics cookies have been accepted. Inquiry and booking records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, tax and legal record-keeping obligations, and are deleted or anonymized after that. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to submitted inquiries is limited to a small number of authorized Maximus Apex accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia and other US states with privacy laws have equivalent rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Visitors in the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
